The house - Mù Restaurant Geneva

The spirit of Mù

A culinary story taking a new path.

After thirty-three combined years at Lóu One on the right bank, chefs CHONG Kim Lee and POON Fai cross the Rhône to open Mù on the left bank, in central Geneva.

The two chefs and the former Lóu One kitchen team come together around one ambition: to preserve the precision built over many years while shaping an identity of its own.

Mù means wood. The character 木, four strokes. The room is wood, like the name. Not a finish laid over it: the same material as the table, the wok handle, the steamer basket.
