Your data.
As data controller, Lumi Asia SA processes personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data concerned
- Information you voluntarily provide by telephone or email.
- Information required for a reservation, collected and processed within the interface of our partner WhereToEat.
- Technical data related to your visit, such as IP address, browser, device and pages viewed.
Purposes and retention
This data is used to answer your requests, manage reservations, secure and improve the website, measure its audience and comply with our legal obligations. It is kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes and applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell any personal data.

The texts, photographs, illustrations, marks, logos and other content on this site belong to Lumi Asia SA or are used with the permission of their holders. Any reproduction or use without prior authorisation is prohibited.
Trademarks
The name “Mù”, the sign 木 and the associated logo are operated by Lumi Asia SA. The trademark registration application is pending in Switzerland with the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI).

Governing law
